Disease

Blinding light, squints.
Foreign instrument touches, cold as ice.
Confuses sanity, questioning.
Restless, lacking answers.

Figure appears, white-drenched image.
Needle in hand, penetrates.
Dark red fills, elixir rushes out.
Sterile puffs cover, offering stops.

Unconsciousness visits, body stagnant.
Fire and frost arise, fighting on fleshy plains.
Viral beasts rejoice, plaguing host.
Immunity falters, they take over.

Panic replaces silence, tranquility breaks.
Droplets fall, colliding on tiled surface.
Footsteps race, memory a blur.
Chariots arriving, destination uncertain.

Eyes wake, consuming strangeness.
Care slumbers, lying upon sheets.
Vessels carrying cure, ventures narrow passages.
Revitalizes, disease will be no more.
